Conditions regarding the provision of video production and creative media services, payment terms, and timelines.
These Terms of Service govern your engagement with SMR Productions, LLC. By hiring us for video production, editing, and creative media services, you agree to be bound by these conditions. SMR Productions, LLC agrees to perform services to the best of our professional abilities and in alignment with the agreed project scope.
While SMR Productions, LLC provides estimated timelines for pre-production, filming, editing, and final delivery, actual schedules may vary based on client responsiveness, revision requests, location logistics, and third-party dependencies. We will communicate any timeline adjustments as early as possible.
Project fees are billed according to the proposal or agreement terms. Invoices are due as stated in the applicable contract. Failure to submit payment may result in a pause of project activity or withholding of final deliverables until account balances are settled.
You agree to provide timely access to required materials, approvals, brand assets, and feedback. Delays in client communication or approvals may affect production timelines, for which SMR Productions, LLC shall not be held liable.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives rights to final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement. SMR Productions, LLC retains ownership of proprietary production methods, internal workflows, and pre-existing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
